  3. This program is an Amiga CLI-based patch librarian for Oberheim Xpander and
  4. Matrix-12 patches.
  5.  
  6. I wrote this program a while ago, and I am not very proud of the source
  7. code.  It is too specific to the Oberheim family of synths.  However,
  8. the program works fine, and the files it creates should be portable
  9. to other librarians if desired.
